We offer two types of travel SIMs:

• eSIM: Can be purchased and activated online from anywhere, as long as there is an internet connection.
• Physical SIM: Delivered only within Japan.

The plans are designed to be flexible, offering a variety of data capacities and usage durations. Please review the detailed product information carefully before placing an order.

3. Ordering and Payment

Ordering:

• You can place an order online through our website.
• Please provide accurate information to ensure fast and accurate delivery or eSIM activation code issuance.

Payment via Credit Cards and Debit Cards through Stripe:

4. Delivery

For eSIM:

• After payment, the QR code for eSIM activation will be sent via email immediately.

For Physical SIM:

• We only support delivery within Japan.
• Delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on your location.
• Shipping fees will be displayed during the ordering process.

5. Return and Refund Policy

You may request an exchange for a physical SIM within 8 days from the date of receipt if the product is defective or does not match the order. The product must remain intact and unused.

6. SIM Usage

• All of our SIMs provide Internet service only.
• Please check that your device supports eSIM or physical SIM and ensure it is network unlocked before use. e3Roaming will not be responsible if you fail to check your device.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for using the product for its intended purpose and complying with applicable laws. We are not liable for any damages arising from improper use of the product or legal violations.
