• The eSIM will be sent to the customer via email immediately after the payment is completed.
• The email will include a QR code to activate the eSIM along with detailed usage instructions.
• Please check your inbox or spam folder if you do not receive the email after purchase.

2. For Physical SIM

• Currently, we only support shipping physical SIMs to customers within Japan.

• Delivery time ranges from 1-3 business days depending on the geographical area under normal conditions. It may vary due to weather, natural disasters, etc.

• Shipping cost:
